Using Fiskars Cloud decorative edge scissors

Hi everyone,

Have a look at this page!!!  Tracy has used cloud edge scrapbooking scissors to create a wonderful detail.

My card base was overlayed with kraft to follow the sketch. I use my Fiskars Cloud decorative edge scissors on a piece of the decorative paper to create the scalloped edge
